For borrowers, co-borrowers, and guarantors, DRT proceedings can result in recovery certificates, attachment of assets, and auction of properties — making early and effective legal representation critical.
Dr. Shamsuddin served as Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad, from 2009 to 2013, with additional charge of DRT Pune, DRT Nagpur, and DRT Mumbai.
